The A. Schild 1018 is a manual wind watch movement with a sub-second function. It was a part of the Wehrmachtswerk series, which was utilized by the Germany Military. Despite similarities to other movements in the series, the specific differences between the A. Schild 1018 and its counterparts such as the 1560, 1561, 1587, 1589, 1594, 1606, 1609, 1616, 1617, 1618, 1648, and 1697 are not known. The A. Schild 1018 was commonly used around the 1960s.
