The A Michel 280 is a simple manual wind chronograph movement with a 60-second sweep second function. It features a direct sweep second that continuously runs, coupled to the fourth wheel via a latching axial clutch. The movement includes a pusher at 2 o'clock that stops the second hand as long as it is being held down, while a pusher at 4 o'clock resets the second hand to zero and restarts it when released. This manual wind movement is designed for precision timekeeping and chronograph functionality.
